Notably, the scale of bond issuance by private real estate enterprises increased significantly to 3.9 billion yuan, indicating that under the current market environment, private real estate enterprises are actively seeking more financing opportunities to support their business development. This trend may have a significant impact on the capital structure and market performance of the real estate sector.
