Today, multiple departments issued heavyweight policies intensively, covering various fields such as budget disclosure, long-term care insurance, and travel service exports, continuously releasing policy dividends to help high-quality economic development.
According to the Ministry of Finance, on March 26th, the 2026 central department budgets were publicly released to the society in a centralized manner. All central departments are required to disclose no less than 60% of their project performance target forms in principle, strengthening public supervision and improving budget transparency. This measure will help standardize the use of fiscal funds, improve the efficiency of fund use, and better play the regulatory role of fiscal policies in the economy.
Eight departments including the National Healthcare Security Administration jointly issued the “Implementation Plan for Accelerating the Establishment of a Long-Term Care Insurance System”, clarifying that within about 3 years, a long-term care insurance system adapted to China’s basic national conditions will be basically established, forming an independent social insurance system arrangement. This will effectively alleviate the care pressure brought by population aging and improve the social security system.
In addition, the Ministry of Commerce, together with relevant departments, issued the “Policy Measures for Promoting the Export of Travel Services and Expanding Inbound Consumption”, putting forward 16 measures in 7 aspects to promote the implementation of policies, optimize the consumption environment, expand new space for service consumption, and help high-quality development of foreign trade. Guangzhou Municipal Government also issued a relevant plan to promote the innovative development of edge-side large models and support the R&D and promotion of intelligent hardware products.
