Along the Yangtze River, the airport expansion and renovation projects in Chongqing, Changsha, Hefei and Shanghai Pudong are being accelerated, aiming to densify the airport layout along the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The high-speed railway channel along the river is also under construction. After completion, the travel time from Chengdu and Chongqing to Shanghai will be shortened from 12.2 hours and 10.7 hours respectively to 6.7 hours and 5.3 hours.

In Shenzhen, a young city with an average permanent resident age of 32.5 years, the shortage of childcare resources has always been a major concern for parents. The “double” funds are used to support the increase in the supply of childcare places and establish relevant mechanisms at the same time. In 2024, Shenzhen added over 49,000 new childcare places.
