In the northwest, North and Northeast regions, the “Two Major” funds have supported the construction of the “Three Nords” project, implementing comprehensive management of sandy land, afforestation and grass planting, as well as restoration of degraded forests and improvement of grasslands, covering nearly 40 million mu.

The “two major” construction refers to the issuance of ultra-long-term special Treasury bonds to support the implementation of major national strategies and the building of security capabilities in key areas. It has been in progress for a full year.

One is “significant” and the other is “key point”, each carrying a thousand pounds of weight.

The “Two major” construction is a major decision and deployment made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and The State Council with a focus on the overall strategic situation of building a strong country and rejuvenating the nation.
