It is reported that the relevant authorities in Hunan Province stated that they will earnestly implement the local regulatory responsibility, conduct a systematic investigation of local strategic mineral export enterprises and establish ledgers, guide enterprises to strengthen the construction of compliance systems, enhance their compliance awareness and capabilities, and ensure that control measures are implemented in place. Guangxi has stated that it will continue to strengthen the supervision and management of the exploration and mining of national strategic minerals, and intensify the investigation and punishment of illegal mining activities such as unlicensed mining, over-boundary mining, and substituting mining for exploration. In addition, relevant departments in Guizhou, Jiangxi and Yunnan also stated that they will implement all tasks in accordance with their respective responsibilities.
