On May 18, 2026, four A-share listed companies, namely *ST Shengxun, *ST Sihuan, *ST Xingnong, and *ST Huawei, collectively issued announcements to officially revoke the delisting risk warning. This indicates that the operating conditions, financial indicators and internal controls of the four companies have fully met regulatory requirements, and the delisting risk has been completely eliminated. Specifically, three companies, *ST Huawei, *ST Sihuan and *ST Shengxun, will change their stock abbreviations simultaneously, and the daily stock price limit will be restored from 5% to 10%. Among them, *ST Huawei and *ST Shengxun will be suspended for one day on May 19 and resume trading with delisting risk warning removed on May 20. Due to other remaining risk issues, *ST Xingnong will retain other risk warnings, change its stock abbreviation to “ST Xingnong”, and continue trading on the risk warning board. The core reason for the four companies to successfully remove the delisting risk warning is the significant improvement in their financial conditions and internal controls in 2025, all of which have completed the rectification of relevant defects, and three of them have obtained standard unqualified audit reports. This phenomenon also reflects the effectiveness of the normalization and market-oriented reform of A-share delisting, which helps improve the resource allocation efficiency of the capital market and enhance investor confidence.
